Where’s The Beef?

The USDA announced the recall over 143 million pounds of beef from a southern California meat producer/packer. The recall has scared many from buying or consuming beef products. The scare rippled through the nation, over the seas and on to foreign shores. The largest recall prior to the current was of only 35 million pounds! This recall truly is monumental.
