Andrew Cline wrote an amusing article for The American Spectator on the passage of a disastrous farm-welfare bill.  If you are not a farmer, this is the only joy you will get out of this bill’s passage.

    Who needs a spine? It was just collecting dust because no one was using it. Might as well get some pork out of it. I mean, if they’re just going to spend the money that’s been allocated anyway, why not get some for your guys? Wait…I’ve heard this argument before.
