Um, it sounded to me like his emphasis throughout was how progressives should focus on legislatures rather than courts to enact their policy agenda. Isn’t that, you know, the proper way to do it?
So someone dug up a clip of Obama sounding like Scalia? Color me un-alarmed.
You should be alarmed. Just because one takes his dangerous and destructive methods through the appropriate channels does not mitigate the dangerousness of that message. It simply means he is good at playing the game. Make no mistake, Obama is a socialist. A conservative may not vote for him either.

There’s no question he’s a socialist. There is also now no question that McCain is too. Why should that make us more willing to support McCain now?
